Since its inception, WWT has been committed to and supported a Quality Management System to ensure that the organization can deliver products and services in a manner that exceeds our customers’ quality requirements. In 1998, WWT’s Quality System was found to conform to the Quality Standards ISO 9002. Good management practices have been distilled into a set of standardized requirements for a quality management system that has grown with our organization regardless of our size or the addition of products and services offered.

Today, WWT continues its registration to ISO 9001:2000, reinforcing our commitment to exceed our customers’ requirements and expectations. This higher standard of requirements is fundamental to the continuous improvement of WWT’s processes and systems.

In December 2002, WWT and its subsidiary company, Telcobuy.com, registered to the TL9000, Release 3.0 Quality Management System. TL9000 is a telecommunication specific set of requirements and measurements built on currently used industry standards including ISO 9001:2000. TL9000 registration requires cost and performance based measurements of reliability and quality performance of products and services.
