The deployment of a virtual resource isn't finished once the machine is powered on. The build process (software installs, script executions, etc.) can be cumbersome and time-consuming. Selecting the appropriate automation toolchain allows organizations to improve slow, error-prone, manual processes, and eliminate process-bound 'human middleware.'

 

This lab combines the capabilities of ServiceNow (requests and governance), vRealize Automation (deployment and lifecycle management), and Ansible Tower (configuration automation) into a single automation toolchain.
