I'm CCIE #3800. i've been working with Cisco Routers and Switches since 1995 and Cisco VoIP/Collaboration since 1999. I've been a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor since 1996. In addition to delivering training courses, i've developed many courses as well. i'm also a Certified Life Coach.
