WWT's Next-Gen Meetings Workshop is a two- to four-hour strategic whiteboard session and roundtable discussion focused on your current business challenges and goals for enhancing collaborative meetings across your enterprise.

Goals & Objectives

The primary objective of this workshop is to help enterprises better understand the wide range of options they have when choosing a conferencing platform.

Work directly with WWT experts to:
  • Understand current meeting challenges and expectations.
  • Whiteboard the many meeting options like audio, web and video conferencing systems, as well as team collaboration tools.
  • Document the various ways meetings are conducted within the organization.
  • Discuss business and technical requirements as it pertain to the workflow of conducting a meeting and/or conference.
  • Better understand the pre-meeting set up and in-meeting experiences.
  • Evaluate different cost options.
  • Build a plan to achieve more productive meetings.

What is a Workshop? 
A working session in which your technology decision makers, Architects, Engineers, and Line of Business representation meet with WWT Subject Matter Expert, Engineers, and program/process management to evaluate or compare how specific strategies and technologies could be deployed in your organization.  These are paid engagements with a defined outcome and deliverable, e.g. Action Plan, High-level Architectural Design, Proposal or Quote for Project Implementation.  Takes place in person or via video conferences that last from 4 hours to 5 days.​

Architects, engineers, IT directors, CIOs​, Line of Business representation. Anyone with a material interest and responsibility for delivering, consuming, and supporting the solution.

At the end of the workshop, your organization will have a better understanding of how technology can help your teams collaborate using their preferred method of connection.
